Facilities
Full changing facilities, including showering, are available at Bangor Castle Leisure Centre, although due to the volume of numbers, where possible, runners are asked to come changed and ready to run.
Parking
Due to the volume of runners, access and egress to Bangor Castle Leisure Centre are very congested on the day of the race. Where possible, runners are asked to use town centre car parks in order to reduce congestion.
Parking spaces are available at:
- North Down Museum (behind town hall)
- South Eastern Regional College (SERC)
- Abbey Street (Pay and display)
- Bangor Castle Leisure Centre
