Prizes will be awarded to various individual categories and teams of 3 for both men and women, including non-athletic club categories.
You must be at least 15 years old on Race Day to enter.

Entries will be taken online until 22/09/10, entries will also be taken on 24/09/10 from 6.00pm - 8.00pm and 25/09/10 from 9.30am at Bangor Castle Leisure Centre where changing facilities will be available.
Held under Athletics Northern Ireland Permit.
